Chief Executive Officer
Frank Murry, President and Founder of FACT, has more than 25 years of experience in technology, sales, and entrepreneurship.
Frank has a proven record of success, leading growing companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes. Frank has spent years working in a variety of industries, including telecom, gaming, technology, product development/deployment and others.
His understanding of both local and federal compliance and business intelligence, lead to a feature on the cover of April 2012's issue of ChannelPro Magazine.
Among his significant previous positions, Frank served as Executive Vice President of Sales as well as Chief Executive Officer.

Larry Staab
Chief Technology Officer
Larry Staab is an entrepreneur, executive leader, and risk-management professional with more than 35 years of experience in business development, financial oversight, strategic partnerships, and organizational growth. As Founder and CEO of Barrington Capital, he established and directed a national financial auditing and risk-management organization serving more than 32 financial institutions across the United States. Under his leadership, the organization successfully monitored and authorized more than $34 billion in financial transactions.
As Chief Marketing Officer for FACT, he leads strategic growth initiatives, brand development, and client engagement efforts while helping organizations leverage technology-driven compliance, threat-monitoring, and risk-management solutions to protect people, assets, and reputations

He has a high degree of experience in the identification, development and delivery of IT solutions that spans from small custom application to big data solution leveraging IOT and data science strategies. Larry uses well balanced organizational and leadership skills with the experience and knowledge to deliver results through solid managerial techniques and innovative technology strategies.
He excels in the improvement of any environment or organization that has dysfunction, high demand, continual change or requires a higher level of performance to meet or exceed business demands.

Her background includes managing large teams, developing training programs, and implementing systems that enhance communication and performance. Jessica’s approach blends critical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver results that drive business success.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Management from Ottawa University. She is focused on applying her expertise in coordination, process improvement, and team development to help with her passion for building efficient, people-centered safety systems that enhance the quality of life for communities around the world.
